Chinese Soprano Xingtian Ge

is currently studing for the Advanced Postgraduate Diploma at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with scholarship. She completed her master’s degree at Royal College of Music with study award in July 2025.

Her Operatic roles to date include Cupiton (Orpheus in the underworld)RBC spring opera, Nannetta (Falstaff) in RBC opera Scenes, Adele(Die Fledermaus) Berlin Opera Academy ), Zerlina (Don Giovanni) with Vienna Opera Festival conducted by Toby Purser, Madame Herz (Der Schauspieldirctor), Adele (Die Fledermaus), Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail) and Costanza(L’isola disabitata) in RCM Opera scenes in Britten Theatre conducted by Gary Matthewman and Sammy (Sammy&Remmy, which was a mini contemporary opera) in New England Conservatory, Boston conducted by Gregory Buchalter of the Metropolitan Opera.

Xingtian excels at coloratura and brilliant high notes, relishing the sensation of her voice soaring. Her recital has taken her not only across China but also to the United Kingdom and Europe. Highlight in Mozarthaus Vienna, St.Martin’s Church Birmingham, Jiangsu Grand Theatre and Shanghai Grand Theatre.

She studied with Louise Carne in RBC and Justin Lavender in RCM. Masterclass with Andrew Griffiths (National Opera Studio) Pauliina Tukiainen and Viktoria Loukianetz. Also worked with conductors Byran Evan, James Southall, Mark Austin, Paul Wingfield, Gary Mattewman and Toby Purser.
